" D. Caamano Construction refit all the windows in my house earlier this year. David and his boys were polite, punctual and respectful at all times. Despite the work creating quite a bit of mess and noise, the team kept it to a minimum and even cleared up after themselves!
My existing windows were getting old and rotted, so I decided to have them replaced with energy efficient vinyl ones. D. Caamano Construction came up with the quickest, and most comprehensive quote out of the three I got. They started work a couple of weeks later. It took a few days for the windows to arrive, but when they did I was happy. They looked exactly like the ones they were replacing, except were white and PVC, not wood. The boys fit them in no time, taking my old ones away with them when they finished. At all times the crew seemed to be hard working and conscientious, even taking a window out and refitting it because they didn't like the finish. You can't say more than that.
All in all it was a good experience. The windows look good, work well and having them fit wasn't the nightmare I was expecting. "

" D. Caamano Construction Inc did a construction job on one of my rental properties. It needed a new kitchen and I didn't have the time or the inclination to do it myself. Their quote was the cheapest so I went with them. I fully expected the cheapest quote to be the cheapest work and finish. How wrong was I!
The kitchen was family sized with units along two walls and an island with a preparation area and a six burner cooker. It was all removed, unfortunately even the carcasses couldn't be re-used because they were too old. The work crew removed a complete kitchen, down to bare walls, and didn't damage a thing. This is unheard of in all my years as a landlord.
The new kitchen was installed in good time and the end result is an excellent one. The quality of work is good, as is the work ethic of the crew. It was nice to work with a bunch of guys who turned up on time, and every day they were supposed to. Got on with the job without too much goofing around and seemed to care about the job they did. I would definitely use these guys again! "

"David and his guys did some work for me on my mother's house a couple months ago. She needed some work doing on the outside of her house as the porch needed replacing and some doors needed changing and some windows needed updating.
I was hesitant about employing builders as my mom is in her 80's. I needn't have worried as the guys were really respectful to her and treated her nicely. She even made them all tea and cakes, and she doesn't even do that for me!
The work seemed to take a while but it came in on budget and on time, so can't grumble. The end finish was excellent, the wood was nicely done, well painted and there wasn't a splinter to be had. The doors were replaced with ones exactly the same and no longer squeak whenever you use them. The windows are good and fit well, there's no draughts blowing through the house when the wind gets up.
I recommend D. Caamano Construction Inc to anyone who needs work doing on their house. Especially if like me you are wary of construction firms and have an elderly relative to consider. "
